- No reservations. When the curtain is up in the morning, just come in.

- From 6:00 a.m. until sold out (around midday). Closed Wednesdays, Sundays, public holidays, and market-closure days.
- What is the signature?
- The house-made shumai — wrapped by hand, one by one. Good with the ramen or the half fried rice.

- Cash only.
